The Porcini mushrooms’ woodsy, nutlike taste mix well with our 100% durum wheat semolina quick cook pasta to create a blend of flavors inspired by Italy itself. Alessi Funghi Porcini e Formaggi delivers a spoon full of flavor with every bite. The rich, savory pasta serves well as a compliment to most meals, especially lamb, beef, pork or chicken.
